What is VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)?

VOIP is an IP-based protocol that allows us to make voice calls over the Internet. VOIP, or Voice Over Internet Protocol technology, is generally available to enterprise companies.Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) has been preferred by many countries recently, including Turkey. It is extremely preferred because it is a better quality and advantageous communication channel than copper cable technology used by most corporate companies.


Communication is quality, uninterrupted, reliable and economical because communication is established through IP Procolu. For this reason, it has caused intense demands. One of its other advantageous features is that it is intervened faster when exposure to situations such as maintenance, repair and failure.Many corporate companies used power plant-based PBX systems. However, since VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) communication systems are advantageous to be heard, many companies have switched to VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) systems with IP ceilings.

How to make an online phone call VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)?​

In conversations between two communication users or two enterprise companies using VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), sounds are categorized into categories and transmitted to the opposite user or corporate company.Voice conversations from the other side are also categorized and tried to provide transmission.

Since sent and received categorized sounds are transmitted in very small sizes, there is no quality impairment or interruption.Because categorized sounds are crypticly transmitted, there are no security issues.In our country, companies that use VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology prefer to use the SIP protocol.One of the most important points of using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology is that voice signals are translated into data and transmitted over the Internet.For this reason, enterprise companies that use VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology must have an internet connection that is interrupted for uninterrupted communication.
