"New appointment of Merkel was supported by only 42 % of Germans . In November of 2015 her candidacy was supported by 45 % of respondents, while 48% were against , according to "Interfax ". Experts believe that the fall in Merkel's rankings was due to her policy of the "open doors" to migrants.
