shell komut çalıştıramıyorum

arkadaşlar bir siteye shell attım ancak shell üzerinden komut çalıştıramıyorum (cat /etc/passwd) ve backconnect olmama izin vermiyor ne yapabilirim ?

linkteki .htacces siteyi çökertti internal server error veriyor artık shell e ulaşamıyorum

söylediğin .htacces klasörünü upload ettikten sonra sitedeki shell dizini çötü shell ile bağlantı gittti
