- Paylaşılan tüm içeriklerin onay yetkisi yalnızca Anka Team’e aittir. Kritik ve değerli veriler dışındaki paylaşımlar kabul edilmeyecektir. Bölümde veri kirliliği oluşmaması temel önceliktir.
- Paylaşılacak veri setlerinin en az 10.000 benzersiz kayıt içermesi zorunludur.
- Ancak .edu, .gov veya official web sitesi gibi yüksek öneme sahip web siteleri için bu alt sınır minimum 5.000 kayıt olacak şekilde esnetilebilir. Bu sınırın altındaki paylaşımlar değerlendirmeye alınmaz.
- Türkiye’ye ait tüm verilerin paylaşımı kesinlikle yasaktır.
- Cookie verilerinin paylaşımına izin verilmektedir.
- Paylaşımlarda Virüs Total mutlaka eklenmelidir. Eksik içerikler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
- Paylaşım yapılırken hedef alınan (dump/leak edilen) web sitesinin adı sitenin içeriği açık ve anlaşılır şekilde belirtilmeli ve verinin şeması paylaşılmalıdır. Bu bilgi bulunmayan paylaşımlar doğrudan reddedilir.
- Elde edilen verilerin niteliği ve değeri, niceliğinden daha önemlidir. Bu nedenle paylaşımların kaliteli, anlamlı ve işe yarar içerikler olmasına özen gösterilmelidir.
- Elde edilen tüm veriler düzenli, yapılandırılmış ve sıralı bir şekilde paylaşılmalıdır. Karmaşık, düzensiz ve anlaşılması zor paylaşımlar kabul edilmeyecektir.

- All shared content is subject to approval solely by the Anka Team. Submissions that do not contain critical and valuable data will not be accepted. Preventing data clutter in this section is a primary priority.
- Shared datasets must contain at least 10,000 unique records.
- However, for high-importance sources such as .edu and .gov, this minimum threshold may be reduced to 5,000 records. Submissions below this limit will not be considered.
- All data belonging to Turkey is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing cookies is allowed.
- Virus Total must be included in all submissions. Incomplete content will not be evaluated.
- When submitting, it is mandatory to clearly specify the targeted (dumped/leaked) website and describe its content. Submissions lacking this information will be directly rejected.
- The quality and significance of the data are more important than quantity. Therefore, submissions should be meaningful, useful, and of high quality.
- All obtained data must be shared in a well-organized, structured, and properly ordered format. Submissions that are messy, disorganized, or difficult to understand will not be accepted.
