FBI is going to have a court case against " Russian hackers " who were involved , according to the authorities , in the recent attacks on American politicians. As Reuters reported, citing law enforcement officials , the Bureau is currently collecting an Evidence Base that will allow the US Department of Justice to indict Russian citizens who were allegedly responsible for the incidents. The process of taking legal actions in such cases is quite complicated , because the main evidence against foreign hackers, as a rule, are classified. Despite this , according to some members of the White House and the US State Department , the lawsuit is deemed as the best response to what they call " Russian attempts " to discredit US presidential elections .
