Wordpress shell sayfası gelmiyor

Merhaba 404 veya header a shell basıyorum ama (/wp-content/themes/twentynineteen/header.php) gittiğim zaman shell sayfası gelmiyor başka shellerde denedim webadmin vb. aynı yada shelli basıp güncelle derken hata veriyor ,başka temalarda denedim,header yerine 404.php de denedim ama yine aynı hep bi engel yeter be
bu konuda bilgili üstadlarım beni aydınlatırsa sevinirim lütfen :yorgun
